Shipping Info!
Hey there Space Cats! Artetak here coming at ya with some important info all about my shop! YES my shop is currently up and running and I'm working hard to get all of the orders to you! Here are some important facts to know
- Artetak is a one-woman business. I do everything myself! Please allow up to 7 days for shipping!
- All EU customers will be responsible for paying VAT fees when it arrives in your country I am NOT collecting VAT fees so your order may be held up in customs and you may be required to pay an additional fee on your purchase. If your order is returned to me due to you not paying your fees, I will refund your purchase minus the cost of shipping.
- International orders are currently taking longer to arrive and sometimes your tracking numbers never update, please order at your own risk! I use Shipstation's Global Advantage Program that keeps shipping costs low, but re-routes orders through a shipping facility. Sometimes the tracking numbers they provide you aren't actually the ones that end up on your order (confusing, right?) but they are on their way to you!
- I'm more than happy to include a little hand written note in with gift orders! Just let me know in the notes when you place an order! Please specify what you would like for me to say!
- If your order is returned to me due to a wrong address, I will refund your order minus the cost of shipping and restock the items in my shop. Please double check your address when placing an order
