My name is Kate Logan, also known as Artetak. I'm a 30 something freelance artist living in Atlanta, GA. My biggest inspirations include Lisa Frank, the 90s, horror, and the occult. I run this whole bad boy all by myself. I hope you like my art as much as I like making it.
❤ Where is this store located?

❤ Did your prices increase?
Unfortunately due to the rising cost of manufacturing and shipping, I had to change the cost of some of my items. My originals are increased in price due to demand
❤ What is this store's returns and exchange policy?
I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you seriously have an issue with your product, email me at etak666@gmail.com
❤ How long will it take to receive my order?
I ship out orders every few days.
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
❤ My order was damaged/lost in transit
Please contact me if you have not received your order or if it arrives damaged. If your item is marked as delivered I will not replace your order if you did not receive it. Please contact your local post office to inquire where it was delivered to.
I will not replace orders lost due to an incorrect shipping address. If the item is returned to me due to an incorrect address, I will refund your order minus the cost of shipping and restock the items in my shop.
❤ I live outside the US. Where is my order?
To keep the cost of international shipping down, I use Shipstation's Global Advantage Program. All international orders are redirected through their fulfillment center so you're paying only half of what you would if I shipped it directly to you. That means there is a bit of a delay as your package makes it's way through their fulfillment center. It's annoying that it takes so long but I'd rather you have to wait a couple of days extra than have to pay $13 to get a pin shipped to you.
❤ Do you ever sell in person?
Yes! I frequently travel around the South/East to vend at various conventions! You can check my upcoming schedule here!
❤ Do you take commissions?
As of right now, I'm currently not taking commissions except for very limited customers. If you reeeaaaalllyyy think I might be interested, feel free to email me at etak666@gmail.com, but I'm being super choosy on what I will and won't do so I apologize if I turn you down :(
